ABC Heating & Cooling was more than happy to make a financial donation to BMO's Walk so Kids Can Talk Fundraiser - a nationwide initiative that supports the Kids Help Phone. Kids Help Phone is a service used by over 6.5 million kids, teens and young adults as a safe, secure and confidential resource to seek help and support. Kids Help Phone is staffed by professional counsellors who provide immediate, non-judgemental and anonymous counselling services to those who need it. Kids Help Phone is about providing help and hope to youth all across Canada.
This recent fall ABC Heating and Cooling was proud to host the 2nd Annual Sinclair Tempstar Dealers Golf Classic here in Lethbridge, Alberta. Fellow dealers and HVAC professionals from all over Western Canada attended the 3 day event and participated in a golf tournament and auction. Proceeds from the auction and any other fundraising efforts over the weekend were donated to the Lethbridge Boys and Girls Club. The generosity of these HVAC dealers raised over $2,000 for an excellent community initiative.
It was a great pleasure to be able to partake in a fun weekend of golf with industry professionals all while contributing to a great cause. The 3rd Annual Sinclair Tempstar Dealer Golf Classic team is looking forward to doing it all again next year!
ABC Heating and Cooling along with the rest of Southern Alberta was devastated by the flooding that impacted us all so greatly. Our hearts went out to the families, communities and businesses that were directly affected by the flash flooding that occurred. So many people lost their homes and livelihoods... we all felt so helpless.
In order to contribute to helping to rebuild High River and surrounding impacted areas, ABC Heating and Cooling pledged to contribute partial proceeds from every new A/C installation to recovery efforts for High River and Calgary. Our campaign was visible on our website, kijiji and on our Facebook Business Page where we encouraged fans to share the news.
